Join Smovey Health instructors Irene Treacy & Allie Crowe as they take you on a journey of relaxation, stress relief and fitness to improve your overall health and wellness. Follow our easy but extremely effective classes where we give you 2 new classes per week to keep you motivated, connected and excited to get to the next level.
We will also be giving lots of bonus videos including the best ways to use your smovey as a therapeutic tool to help you assist in relaxation and overall pain management. Our clients have reported pain reduction with migraine, sciatica, rigidity, back pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia and much more.
Irene as a certified yoga and meditation teacher will be releasing weekly breathing and meditation videos. These exercises have proven extremely successful and beneficial for our clients improving many conditions and dramatically helping reducing anxiety and improving sleep; we are very excited to bring these to you online.
Medical Support
Team member and Smovey Health Medical Doctor Philip McMilian will be doing monthly consultations giving you information on how the vibrations from smoveyMED help both your body and mind. We have so many extraordinary testimonials from clients and scientific research on the positive effects of vibration therapy; Dr. McMilian will explain how all this works. He will explain how smoveyMED activates your nervous system, how it improves your lymphatic system and supports your immune system and much more.
